Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of calcium hydroxide mixed with 0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate versus calcium hydroxide mixed with saline as intracanal medicaments in reducing postoperative pain in patients with apical periodontitis.
