Brief Summary: This was a parallel group randomized control trail that utilized purposive sampling to recruit 32 participants. The 32 students are divided into 2 groups, namely the group of Tabata Training and Periodized Resistance Training. Periodized resistance training exercises will be performed three days a week during the eight-week period in group A.
