Brief Summary: This study is a single-center, open-label clinical trial designed to evaluate the early bactericidal activity (EBA) of sitafloxacin against Mycobacterium abscessus disease. Patients with Mycobacterium abscessus disease were enrolled and treated with sitafloxacin monotherapy for 14 days.
