Brief Summary: The CLEAN (ChLorine to reduce Enteric and Antibiotic resistant infections in Neonates) cluster randomized controlled trial in western Kenya will evaluate the impact of a multi-component chlorination intervention in health care facilities on maternal and neonatal health.
