Brief Summary: This pilot study will compare clinical outcomes among patients treated with cefotetan versus standard of care antibiotics for bacteremia or genitourinary infections caused by E. coli. It will also measure cefotetan minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) distributions and cefotetan trough serum concentrations.
