Brief Summary: Drug-resistant focal epilepsy is a severe neurological disease that affects one-third of patients with epilepsy. Surgery is the only potentially curative treatment. Intracerebral exploration by stereo electroencephalography (SEEG) is an important step in the surgical pathway.
