Brief Summary: Aortic dissection has acute onset and high mortality, with immunoinflammatory response driving lesion progression. Current perioperative anti-inflammatory therapies are mostly empirical and poorly targeted, and AI-assisted typing lacks a complete clinical translation pathway.
