Brief Summary: This study's overall objective is to test the effects of a culturally tailored gratitude, exercise, and mindfulness/emotional freedom techniques (GEM) psychosocial intervention on allostatic load and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk in black women breast Cancer survivors.
