Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a Chinese medicine-based intervention combined with standard medicine, in reducing composite vascular events in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
