Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, participated in an EPW Fisheries, Water, and Wildlife Subcommittee hearing examining the challenges and opportunities with implementing the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
