CENTERS FOR MEDICARE & MEDICAID SERVICES ISSUES RULE: MEDICARE PROGRAM; INPATIENT REHABILITATION FACILITY PROSPECTIVE PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2026 AND UPDATES TO THE IRF QUALITY REPORTING PROGRAM

WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a rule called: Medicare Program; Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System for Federal Fiscal Year 2026 and Updates to the IRF Quality Reporting Program.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 5 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
