WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a rule called: Medicare and Medicaid Programs; CY 2026 Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Changes to Part B Payment and Coverage Policies; Medicare Shared Savings Program Requirements; and Medicare Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program; Correction.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Wilma M. Robinson, Deputy Executive Secretary to the Department, Department of Health and Human Services.
