CENTERS FOR MEDICARE & MEDICAID SERVICES ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT, HHS NOTICE OF BENEFIT AND PAYMENT PARAMETERS FOR 2027; AND BASIC HEALTH PROGRAM

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a proposed rule called: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027; and Basic Health Program.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 11 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
