WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a proposed rule called: Medicare Program; Ensuring Safety Through Domestic Security With Made in America Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Essential Medicine Procurement by Medicare Participating Hospitals.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 29 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
