WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a proposed rule called: Medicare and Medicaid Programs; CY 2026 Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Changes to Part B Payment and Coverage Policies; Medicare Shared Savings Program Requirements; and Medicare Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program; Correction.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Cortney L. McCormick, Executive Secretary to the Department, Department of Health and Human Services.
