WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a notice called: Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Approval of Application by DNV Healthcare, Inc. for Initial CMS Approval of Its Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Accreditation Program.
