WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Census Bureau has issued a rule called: Streamlining the Regulations Governing Requests for Special Census Services and Studies.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 20 by Shannon Wink, Program Analyst, Policy Coordination Office, U.S. Census Bureau.
