WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Census Bureau has issued a rule called: Removing Obsolete Regulations Governing the Cutoff Dates for Recognition of Boundary Changes for the 2010 Census.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 23 by George Cook, Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Director of the Census Bureau.
