WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Census Bureau has issued a rule called: Eliminating Regulations Contemplating Collaboration With USAID To Train Foreign Participants in Census Procedures and General Statistics.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 23 by George Cook, Chief of Staff to the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Director of the Census Bureau.
