Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter's (R-GA) Telehealth Modernization Act of 2025, a bill to extend telehealth flexibilities for seniors on Medicare through December 31, 2027, passed the House today as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026.
Absent congressional action, telehealth flexibilities in Medicare are set to expire on January 30, 2026.
