U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) today reintroduced bipartisan legislation to increase support for children who have been exposed to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma, including witnessing community violence, parental addiction, or abuse.
