WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement has issued a proposed rule called: Oil and Gas and Sulfur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf-Revisions to the 2023 Blowout Preventer Systems and Well Control Rule.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement Exercising Authority of the Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.
