WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of the 11th National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Draft Proposed Program: 1st Analysis and Proposal MAA104000.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 24 by Matthew Giacona, Acting Director, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.
