WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has issued a notice called: Commercial Leasing for Outer Continental Shelf Minerals Offshore the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands-Request for Information and Interest.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 12 by Matthew Giacona, Acting Director, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.
