BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT ISSUES RULE: RESCISSION OF REGULATIONS REGARDING PRODUCTION INCENTIVES FOR GEOTHERMAL LEASES

WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Rescission of Regulations Regarding Production Incentives for Geothermal Leases.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Adam G. Suess, Acting Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.

Summary: This direct final rule rescinds Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations that address production incentives for geothermal leases.
