BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT ISSUES RULE: RESCISSION OF REGULATIONS REGARDING OPERATIONS CONDUCTED UNDER NOTICES FOR MINING CLAIMS

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Rescission of Regulations Regarding Operations Conducted Under Notices for Mining Claims.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Jacob Tyner, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.

Summary: This direct final rule rescinds a portion of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations that address Mining Claims Under the General Mining Laws-Surface Management-Operations Conducted Under Notices-Does this subpart apply to my existing notice-level operations.
