WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Rescission of Regulations Regarding FLPMA Documents.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Adam G. Suess, Acting Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.
Summary: This direct final rule rescinds a portion of the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) regulations that address submission of annual documents for mining claims and sites required by the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA).
