WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a rule called: Rescission of Regulations Regarding Existing Use and Occupancy Under the Mining Laws.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Adam G. Suess, Acting Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.
