WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a proposed rule called: Requirements for Site Security and Production Handling; Applying for Commingling and Allocation Approval.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 30 by Lanny E. Erdos, Director, Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement, Exercising Authority of the Assistant Secretary-Land Minerals Management.
