BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT ISSUES NOTICE: RESCISSION AND TERMINATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT ANALYZING THE POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS FROM MAINTAINING SECRETARY JEWELL'S COAL LEASING MORATORIUM

WASHINGTON, April 15 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a notice called: Rescission and Termination of the Environmental Impact Statement Analyzing the Potential Environmental Effects From Maintaining Secretary Jewell's Coal Leasing Moratorium.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 15 by Mitchell Leverette, Acting Assistant Director, Energy, Minerals, and Realty Management.
