WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a rule called: Revisions to the Entity List.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 12 by Julia Khersonsky, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Strategic Trade.
