WASHINGTON, March 28 -- Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a rule called: Additions to the Entity List.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 28 by Julia Khersonsky, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Strategic Trade.

Summary: In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding 12 entities to the Entity List, under the destinations of China, People's Republic of (China) (11) and Taiwan (1). These entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.
