The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 21 by Bryan Mercier, Director, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Exercising authority by delegation of the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
Summary: This notice publishes amendments to the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community liquor ordinance (Liquor Ordinance). The amended Liquor Ordinance supersedes the ordinance to allow for on-sale liquor transactions adopted on August 15, 2012.
