WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the First Amendment to the Tribal-State Gaming Compact Between the State of California and the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 6 by William Henry Kirkland III, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
