WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Bureau of Economic Analysis has issued a notice called: BE-29: Annual Survey of Foreign Ocean Carriers' Expenses in the United States.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 28 by Paul W. Farello, Associate Director for International Economics, Bureau of Economic Analysis.
