WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Bureau of Economic Analysis has issued a notice called: BE-125: Quarterly Survey of Transactions in Selected Services and Intellectual Property With Foreign Persons.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 28 by Paul W. Farello, Associate Director for International Economics, Bureau of Economic Analysis.
