WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has issued a rule called: Revising Definition of "Unlawful User of or Addicted to Controlled Substance".

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 22 by Daniel Driscoll, Acting Director.
