The Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners understand the importance of selecting the right individual to fill the role of county manager who is the chief executive of the most populous county in the state, oversees a $1 billion annual budget and a workforce of more than 2,500 employees.
Working with the county manager in the last year, the board was able to invest in public safety, work to improve the behavioral health programs and initiatives, secure funding for Mesa Del Sol Recreation Complex, which will be the largest public park in the state and the I-40 Tradeport Corridor that facilitates clean transportation and shapes the national...
