Tonight, U.S. Congressman Andy Barr (R-KY) honored the life of Tatum Elizabeth Dale, his longtime staffer and Deputy Chief of Staff, who passed away on Christmas Eve from complications of Moya Moya. The full transcript of Barr's speech is below:
