WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a rule called: User Fees: Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection Services; Delay of Effective Date and Request for Information.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 21 by Michael Watson, Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, USDA.
