Today, the House of Representatives passed the SAVE America Act, a revised and improved version of the widely supported SAVE Act (https://allen.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=6720). The SAVE America Act adds a voter ID requirement for voting in federal elections while maintaining the original bill's proof-of-citizenship requirement for voter registration.
