AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: RESCINDING NATIONAL ORGANIC PROGRAM; MARKET DEVELOPMENT FOR MUSHROOMS AND PET FOOD

WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a proposed rule called: Rescinding National Organic Program; Market Development for Mushrooms and Pet Food.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by Bruce Summers, Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Service.

Summary: AMS is proposing to rescind the rule and regulations issued on December 23, 2024, titled, "National Organic Program; Market Development for Mushrooms and Pet Food."
