WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response has issued a notice called: Single Source Cooperative Agreement to the National Emerging Special Pathogens Training and Education Center.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29 by John Knox, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response.
