WASHINGTON, May 13 -- 40 CFR Part 705 has issued a rule called: Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Data Reporting and Recordkeeping Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); Change to Submission Period.
