WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- 40 CFR Part 180 has issued a rule called: Castor Oil, Polymer With 2-Ethylhexanol, Maleic Anhydride and Soybean Oil, Sodium Salt in Pesticide Formulations: Tolerance Exemption.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 17 by Charles Smith, Director, Registration Division, Office of Pesticide Programs.
