Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) joined CNBC's "Squawk Box" to discuss how Obamacare continues to fail the people that Democrats promised it would help and why the system must return to a consumer-driven market. "Socialism might sound appealing, but it destroys economies. We're $38 trillion in debt - we can't keep pouring money into a failed system that perpetuates fraud," Sen.
