U.S., Aug. 28 -- The Hawaii Travel and Tourism Industry is at a standstill with an unforeseen future. Chris Tatum, the last CEO and President of the State agency in charge of tourism, the Hawaii Tourism Authority, went into early retirement and moved to Colorado this week, and his job was up for takes in the most difficult time Hawaii ever faced.
