U.S., March 30 -- The inaugural 2023 PhilMOMthropy Conference is unlike any other event in the philanthropy sector. The event, which takes place at Beaches Resort in Ochos Rios, Jamaica, brings together women passionate about giving back to their communities through philanthropic leadership, advancement, and advocacy.
