Guwahati, Dec. 12 -- The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Assam police in Friday filed the charge sheet regarding the death of singer Zubeen Garg before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) in Guwahati.
A team from SIT entered the CJM court on Friday morning and filed the over 3000 page charge sheet. There were thousands of supporting documents which the SIT have filed along with the charge sheet.
SIT Chief Munna Prasad Gupta while talking to the media later in the day said that murder charges have been invoked against four accused namely Siddhartha Sharma, Shyamkanu Mahanta, Sekharjyoti Goswami and Amritprabha Goswami.
