Guwahati, Oct. 15 -- As an irate mob clashed with police in Assam's Baksa district on Wednesday over shifting of the five accused in the Zubeen Garg death case to Baksa district Jail in Mushalpur, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that certain sections are trying to create a disturbing atmosphere across the state in the name of justice for Zubeen Garg.
The Chief Minister termed the violence in Baksa as unfortunate and saddening and appealed to the people of Assam to maintain patience and have trust in the judicial system.
